WAC 0165(2)(c) a phone sitting on the windowsill in "Three's room" has a long cord hanging down posing strangulation hazard to children. WAC 0165(3)(f) Cabinets used to store children's napping mats and beddings in classrooms are not secured to the wall posing hazard if falling on children in the case of earthquake.
